the look on my three years olds face in the morning. All the beautiful choir music on tv in the morning while we are unwrapping presents, spending time with family, the decorations sparking around the house.
The things I hate is trying to shop at xmas, so I get all mine done by October so I dont have to go into town in the mad rush.

I love the time of expectation. When you are preparing everything.
I love to almost close my eyes and look into a candle fire - this golden moment.
I love the smell coming from the kitchen.
I love watching the ones I love when they unpack the presents that I carefully chose for them.

I hate it. It's simply an exercise to make people spend money these days.
Statistically more people commit suicide around Christmas than any other time of year.
The days off work are good, though!

The true meaning of Christmas is the celebration of Christ's birth and unfortunately the commercialization of it has changed the meaning. (henceforth, xmas) We should all be thankful that God sent Jesus.
