The hooded crow and the carrion crow are different in colouration and in their geographical ranges, although they overlap in many places, such as here in the UK.

If you broaden your question to the whole crow family (corvidae) including magpies, jays, rooks and jackdaws there are various colourations and ranges.

ive seen an albino crow once it also had red eyes cuz it was albino
