they are totally different,darrl hair has given decisions against pakistan that wre clearly in favour of Pakistan but pakistan took it in the spirit of the game,and these two are not alike,what he was doing was,he was not accusing a player of tempering the ball (which according to tv replays never occured)but wrongly accusing "Pakistan"of being cheats without proof ..
Pakistan has registered protests about him in the past,in nov last year after a home series win against england pakistan informed ICC of their doubts about darrel hair's impartiality
And yes they are totally different issues..

no way. an lbw decision is sumthin that may affect that inings or game only. a ball tampering issue is sumthin that will affect a team as a whole or a single person's,like a captain's, career. a ban, if found guilty,for 8 odis or 4 tests is a long period. an lbw decision will affect only sumones performance for one match.
