It's a person who is suffering of multiple personalities. Ex. If a guy had problems with his life in society and he doesn't resolve these problems his mind makes multiple personalities to resolve these problems, and to rest his basic mind. But after some time these personalities start to take control, and the person can no longer recall memories, take control, or think clearly. Like when you're talking to a guy named Ben and suddenly you're talking to someone completely different named Mike. So it;s not such a good idea to rely on a dual person unless you're talking to the person you know and trust.

It real name is Dissociative Identity Disorder or Multipal Personality Disorder. A person who has this had the presence of two or more distinct identities or personality states that recurrently take control of behavior. There is an inability to recall important personal information, the extent of which is too great to be explained by ordinary forgetfulness. The disturbance is not due to the direct physiological effects of a substance or a general medical condition. Dissociative Identity Disorder reflects a failure to integrate various aspects of identity, memory, and consciousness.

I don't know if I would be able to rely on a person with this. It would depend which personality I would be dealing with.

dual personality means asserting 2 different point of views and to strongly beleive on both of them
i think we cant rely such person simply bcoz he himself not able to comeup with one firm decision ...he always keep on swinging between them..and often use them as a tool to get advantage(undue)

God did no longer create evil. devil was once an angel yet he concept we became into greater desirable than God so he rebelled and took a million/3 of the angels with him. it somewhat is how evil began. Sin began whilst Adam and Eve ate from the Tree of Knoledge and disobeyed God. So God didnt create sin, guy did.
