U will need to have enough ballons 1st.
Then after that, make sure that there is enough surface contact between balloon and board.
As we learned in physic,

Pressure = Force / Area.

A smaller area means more pressure on the surface of the balloon and when the material is not strong enough to withold the pressure, the balloon burst ~
