Getting an impact to the testicles is always very sore...but usually it is nothing to worry about and feels fine within the hour.

HOWEVER if pain persists, medical advice should be sought as soon as possible as it is possible that the testicle has either been crushed, or twisted. Both of these serious medical conditions often require surgery.

It depends upon the impact and your body resistance,we have different resistance and self-immune anti-bodies that heals the bruises!Take pain reliever, but if symptoms persist and you got fever, time to go to a doctor or neurologist to prevent clilnical problems!

Everybody heals at a different pace, don't ever rush a healing process because a relapse is no fun.
