I doubt it - I've heard it described as 'bonking in a shopping bag'. And I don't think it does anything to enhance either partner's pleasure (except maybe the novelty value for the first time).
The only good reason for using it is where the male won't use a condom - but in such cases he's probably likely to object to the femidom as well.
However, among those who can afford it, I'm sure there are some who prefer it to the alternative - unwanted babies or HIV infection, or both.
I wouldn't be surprised if femidoms disappear when anti-viral creams appear which are proven to be effective against HIV.
