Regardless of your weight, try to keep your cholestorol down as well as your blood pressure. A little overweight is not so bad-and the good thing is this-even if you are a little overweight, you can still maintain healthiness-just take some steps to increase your metabolism by walking. Lifting weights will help you because your muscles repair themselves after lifting, you will burn calories for the REST of the day!
So 5'4 and 154 lbs isn't that bad. Try to keep it under 160-okay?

That does not sound overweight to me. You sound like you would be very nice to look at, etc., etc. As long as you are happy with you, the rest is just details. Top three things that make a good woman great are personality, personality, personality.

I'll be honest with you.It is not too bad but you could loose some of it.I'm 5'4 and i weigh 127lb.My highest was 135,i didn't like myself at all.I still don't like myself,cause I'm trying to loose another 5 or more.But after my kids,it seems that i am stuck.

Definitely you are overweight. It is simple to say but difficult to do.Food id THE REASON. Consult a Dietician (probably he or she could be overweight)
