my finger nils are getting worse everyday and i dunno know what is the actual cause.My collegeau sys that im lack of vitmins...What arre the vitamin enhance the growth of good finger nails???thanks

the finger nails are appeared to be brittle nd easily breaks.plus if my hand is wet,you can peel off my nails easily...its so fragile until i cant perform some of tsk at work place..




i ask at women's health bcoz i know gals are good in dealing this kind of problem!!!!

My moms a manicurist, and i remember her having a nail polish which thicken your nails. You can go to beauty supply shops and usually find them there. Ive seen it work for many people, maybe it might work for you. Worth a try.

Buy the vitamins especially for nail growth. Maybe they are soft try a good fast drying nail hardner that polishes on.

without looking at ur nails, it's hard for me to say. but other than vitamins, it's possible that u have a fungal infection...see a doctor so he can prescribe u the medicine to treat it. (over the counter fungal creams won't cut it...there's one dropper type of product that might help, but it's not always effective).
