For our sun the answer is about 30,000 years, so limited by your choices, 10 mil years is the closest, but it is off by a mere 9.97 milion years.

Wikipedia says:

Estimates of the "photon travel time" range from as much as 50 million years to as little as 17,000 years.

So any of your answers could be correct.
