Can anybody tell me, how can we corrupt the data in outlook express and my document without notifying the user using any other system in network or from server? Actually, I have no destructive purpose but to save my organisation's data from the employee who is leaving my company and stealing important organization's data in his laptop.
Please help me..........!!!!!!!!

What you could install some remote control software. This way you can access each company computer from one computer. Once you can access the other computers you can delete, encrypt, or zip any file or folder you wish.

you can use a tool you have laying around the the office. The tool you need is a hammer. Just pull out the tower into the center of the room and start beating it to an inch of its life. After it says i give show me mercy then you can restart it and everything will be corrupted

If it is his laptop there is nothing legally you can do. If it a company laptop, KEEP IT.
OTHERWISE report it to the FBI they will take care of it.
or the local police in your country.
Reporting it that way will keep YOU from being the one arrested.
