You look like a die hard fan of Sachin Tendulkar, and so am I, but realities are different. I also want him to score like never before, as I think his personal best is yet to come.
Anyway, no single person can win the world cup. Indian batting line is pretty solid but bowling isn't. We don't have any world beater player. Occasionally, a player surfaces, shines and it looks like he is the future of India - see Irfan. To win a world cup a team needs to have good bowlers, no matter how strong their batting line up is.
Also, ODI is a game of luck. Any team can win on a particular day. In world cup, after league matches, all matches will be knock out and you never know which team can be knocked and at what stage. Here all teams are vulnerable, not only India.
By records, only Australia looks better than India. In last edition also they beat us twice. So, I would say better luck India - you have the potential to win it for the second time - just remain united and put your best efforts.

It is not a matter that Sachin is in good form. If All Indian team in good form India must win the 2007 world cup

If Sachin is in good form then India have 80%chance of winning the worldcup.But mostly Australia or South Africa has a better chance of winning.
