Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra. They have some sweet songs like a remake of Lupin and a ska version of Raindrops Keep Fallin' on My Head.

ska ain't to populer @ japan but there are some band like "Snail Ramp", Young Punch, The Drops, Nicotine. Good luck finding their CDs man.
