Give her a number for a crisis center, and tell her if she's serious, then that's where she needs to go for help. Tell her this is something that professionals can help her with, but that there's nothing you can do to help her, end of story. If she doesn't want to get professional help then she's either not serious, or there's not much you can do to help her if she won't help herself.

Report the abuse if you feel harassed and yahoo will take care of it. But you gotta let them know who the user is and what the question is that this "Freaky Lady" is asking you all the time.

Well, I'd need to know her screen name and the q's she's asking, because I checked the panel for anything bizarre and I didn't see anything. Or you can report her to customer care and they'll take care of it.

Call mental health in your area and ask them for advice , you probably can't help her though unless she will identify herself. good luck
