how do you go to sleep when you have been staying up till 11:00 for the whole summer now im going to start school and i cant fall asleep early it sucks any tips on falling asleep?

If you started going to sleep later that must mean you are waking up later. Start your school schedule now by waking up early like a 5:00am and do a long good work-out. Try to stay active that whole day to where you cant wait to get in your bed and go to sleep early.

Having a regular sleep schedule, drinking a glass of warm milk, not eating after 8:00 pm, exercising earlier on in the day to make you more tired during the night, using relaxation techniques, and not taking any caffeine near the nighttime are some stuff I remember reading off an article. well i guess we have the same problem but dont worry i am going to start school too and i have this plan for falling a sleep 1 you know in schools we have to wake up early (i do if you dont) lol so just be awake early so you can feel sleepy at night 2 or you can take thoose sleeping pills that makes you sleep but its not healthy lol

Fill your day with activities.... maybe go to the gym. You need to add more activities in your daily routine so you will be tired enough to crash at night. You can also spark up some candles and take a hot bath to calm you down and make you sleepy. Hope this helps!

i think you should wake all morniing and try all the stuff that makes people awake like games chatting on net and call your friend ask your mom wat to do! and at night when you cant sleep drink a warm glass of milk put on soft music and sleepy songs think that you are dreaming your humble desire or chatting about the wonderful scenes of the world with your best friend an say mom that wake you up early. if makes a ttrue decision she can wake up automatically.

go to bed everynight 20 mins earlier than the night befor... you gotta bring yourself down slow... i stay up till 3 all summer... and i go to bed 30 mins early everynight...

and wake up 20 mins earlier every morning.. you need to get your body on a schedual... so its used to gettin like... 9 hours of sleep and being awake and active the rest of the day

what I do is worser, I always stayed up to 8 am. But all you have to do is stay up for one whole day and then you would be very sleepy. Keep yourself occupied with games or doing an activity to keep you up and dont rest yo eyes....
