Not sure what your question is. Do you mean 4 identical responsibilities between the two or different positions like whip, speaker, majority leader, minority leader, etc....?

Cora... you can't really use impeachment on this one because the roles are different with the House voting for impeachment while the Senate just conducts the hearing.

There are more than 4. See Article I of the Constitution.

Unless you mean just which 4 are shared in common by both chambers. Hmmm... a challenge.

[2] Part of the Impeachment process (Sections 2 and 3).
[3] Determination of internal rules, qualifications, etc. (Section 5)
[4] Verification of Electoral College votes (12th Amendment)
[5] Acceptance of Presidential Recusal (25th Amendment)
