People are afraid of "empty", "Meaningless", "Purposeless" etc. I do not know whether Plato and Aristotle told that or not. But, as meaning, purpose etc just opposite also exists. Then whether you do something for purpose or purposelessness, you cannot make something non-existence just with your wish. Moreover, the purpose and purposeless are just "judgements". All judgements are from the limited sphere of knowledge. Is anybody got the infinite knowledge? he will never judge anything and will not call anything purposeless. With limited period taken into consideration, with limited objective of limited people, a limited evaluation judges and enjoys that....we are all part of it....our endeavour shoud be to widen our faculty to understand the purpose and purposelessness in "Infinite".Possible? Yes....Buddha shown that.
