ok so we were in rite aid and she used my bag and put her stuff in it
and then (rite aid) when we were done shopping there they talked
to my x friend and then she said i took stuff too and then they took a pic of us.
i tried to explain. i want to go back there. but i dont want them talking to me. like they took a pic and said cant come back with out an adult.
i want to go back !

talk to your mom and explain the situation... take her with you to riteaid... and explain to them. they have security cameras for a reason... ask them to look at the footage to back up your story.

First off dump your friend. She is trouble. Similar thing happened to a friend of mine. Do not go back there. Whatever you say will sound like an excuse now.
Tell your parents or an adult who will not judge you. Talk to someone for support. Not your common friends as some are stupid enough to take sides with your traitor friend! Go to a Wallgreens instead or longs. I would, as an adult consult a lawyer about suing my friend. Hard to prove but she deserves the humiliation and hassle

Learn a lesson from it: NEVER put unpaid merchandise in anything except a shopping cart!

skip it. you were in a bad situation and now the opportunity to shop there is gone. cut your losses and move on
