I have her on the patch when she is at school is this a good idea. She has to go 8 hours without smoking

it probably can be if she chooses to stop smoking... she might decide to take the patch off and start smoking again and then put it back on before school... you never know

Uh, are you serious? Kids with patches get beat up. Kids smoking cigarettes are cool! Get rid of the patch, and let her light up at school.
