Any action that is strictly self-absorbing and offensive - such as foul language, passing gas, belching, any lack of manners or courtesy.

carelessness. i think if ur not trying to b rude, that any culture would probably forgive u, but if ur careless and dont care if ur behavior insults or not, then u will insult people
