Future Liberal Historians will rate Al as one of the Best Would-Have-Been Presidents while his achievements as VP will always place him in the top third - - - not certain where you get the 10th level stuff - - - but even Conservatives begrudgingly give Al credit for being a good Veep. Future Conservative historians will paint lurid word portraits of a post nine/eleven Gore surrendering to Al Queda thus paving the way for an Ossama Bin Laden Dictatorship, thus assuring Americans of the God Given Miracle that put Geo W in da House. The true miracle would be a groundswell that puts Gore in The White House in 2008 but thus far that is a long shot. Global Warning is still not sexy enough to get a man or a woman elected President.
PS if Hillaryruns for Pres and takes Gore on as Her Veep, and wins, this time around a Clinton will end up under a bus.
