that depends entirely on your bone structure, muscle mass, etc.............try checking one of the body mass index charts provided by health insurance companies. they're usually low balled, but it will at least give you an idea. the one i looked at starts at 144 pounds for your height., so you're 34 pounds under the lowest weight for your height and that means your bmi is less than 19, the lowest # i could find , over 25 is considered overweight. hope this helps, but its really about the weight you feel best at (assuming you don't have an eating disorder) if theres a psychological reason for your weight please seek professional help....................good luck!!!

for 6 1 you should way 30 to 40 more pounds the best gauge is got to a recruiter for the military they will say your x pounds under your wieght class for hight. I was the same height and i was told to gain at least 30 pounds.

Gain weight. A lot of weight. I am 5'7 and my normal weight is 152 so you should be at least 175+
