Most of what everybody else was saying isn't true. A girl usually won't change for you just because you are nice to her, she will have to be nice in the first place. If you want to find a nice girl don't go to clubs or bars most of the girls there are just out for one night stands and you don't want that since you are looking for a nice girl. A church is a good place to find nice girls.

Find a cause you care about, or get interested in one and try joining a community service organization. Genuinly nice people are there and try treating her the same way you would want anyone to treat your mother, grandmother, sister, etc... Look beyond the surface and you will be able to see someone really good for you.

Second of all, "treat others the way you want to be treated."
Just be yourself. Be charming and a gentleman. Simple things like holding a door open or pulling out a chair, little attentive things like that makes the girl feel she's worth it & special.

If you take the time to get to know lots of different girls in many different situations, from your normal activities, to trying new things, to taking girls on first dates, you'll soon discover some who are nice and kind, and many other traits that might make them compatible with you.

I will tell you the best way to find that special girl is to just go about your life as you usually would. it took my a long time to find my special guy and the funny thing is I found the nicest guy in the world at my local bar lol.
