How can you think that the U.S. software market is like Indian vegetable market? Move calmly, gentleman. Completion of B.Tech. doesn't mean that you are an expert in the field. When your wife says that her period this month didn't appear and she feels that she is conceived, can you ask her to give the baby immedately? It is highly impossible, isn't it? My friend, get a job in an Indian company and earn some experience as software engineer first. If you are lucky enough, you would be sent to USA for any of their ongoing project. Later on you may try to get a job there and test your fortunes. Nowadays many of the US companies are issuing off-shore contracts to Indian software companies to save dollars. So many NRIs are ruturning to India because of frequent changes of the companies they have to seek for their jobs. Job is not a guarantee in US when compared to that of India related to white-collar jobs. So I advise you to keep the pace calmly, firmly and methodically and surely you would win in your endeavour. Good luck!

Hmm... You can't wait to get to US, is it? :-)
"Now itself" will not be possible. The only option you have (now) is to join a multinational company having office(s) in US and if they send you on an assignment to the US, you can effectively "work in the US", but no, your job will not be "in US", it will be based out of your home country. You can only think of getting a job "in US" after you gain some experience (say 4-5 years) and that too involves a long, tedious process (with no guaranteed result).
