I have heard of several different remedies:
Crumple up OLD newspapers, Put in your shoes. Remove & change daily!
Put them in the sun
Putting them in the freezer! LOL
Spraying them with a good foot spray or disinfectant spray - Lysol. Air out over night.
Wear COTTON SOCKS. Cotton asorbs the sweat better.

Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar
Instructions: To control foot odor, soak your feet in one-third cup of apple cider vinegar added to a small pan of warm water for 15 minutes. This foot odor remedy can be done as often as necessary.

Ingredients: Bleach
Instructions: Put a little bleach in warm water and soak you feet for 10 minutes.
Ingredients: Rubbing alcohol
Instructions: Soak paper towels in alcohol and wring out the excess. Leave the paper towels in your shoes overnight to remove the odor (don't smoke while using the alcohol)!

Try keeping a small box of baking soda handy (in your gym bag) and sprinkle some into your shoes when you're done. Then take them out of the bag and air them out, using more soda. Shake them out before you use them next. It helps to absorb the odors. Another handy item is those small packs of baby wipes. They are lightly perfumed and a quick clean to smelly shoes and feet.

Wearing socks makes a huge difference. If you're not wearing socks with "normal" shoes, you;re going to get an odor.
Also, I have a separate stick of deoderant (Speed Stick Sport, if you care) that I put on the soles of my feet before I put on sandals or therwise go without socks. Works great!

spray with some anti-odor stuff or fabreeze after all sweaty or smelly activities, that way they will smell fresh and spray them before hand aswell, so they don't get so much odor inside them! It really works I promise!

sprinkle baking soda in them and leave them over night, shake them out the next morning and you shouldn't be able to smell anything. I read it somewhere in a book and tried it. It works really well!

I have heard that soaking your feet in vinegar & water will help. Also try using spray deodorant in your shoes or a deodorant powder.

make sure to wear clean socks every day, and try powdering your feet before you put on your shoes. babypowder, cornstarch, shower to shower, or goldbond will all work. also take off your shoes as soon as possible and untie them to let them air out.
