anymore most respected shops will NOT pierce the clitoris (to many nerve endings and most people loose sensation after a year or so), however you can get a hood piercing(the skin that covers the clit). This can be done horizontally or vertically which ever your more suited to or prefer. It will provide a lot of stimulation for you, clit or hood no you would not orgasm while walking, sex can be and usually is a bit better. You clean it the same way you would any other piercing wash it, soak w/ a sea salt (not table or epsom) solution (this can be done in a CLEAN-as in use bleach before to clean it-bathtub or you can use a shot glass) of 1/4tsp to 8oz water, if it's for the tub your going to need about 1/2cup of salt. when your on your period-do u really get that messy?- just wash it when you take a shower or use feminine wipes when you go to the bathroom, assuming the healing process is done. Urine is sterile to yourself so there is no worries about that and is infact a good idea to urinate after your cleaning and soaking to remove any residue from the urethra which could irritate it.

It hurts bad for less than a second, like a pinch. I had it pierced across after I had my clitoris hood removed. When I walk and some movements can give me orgasms because I feel the tugging and vibrations from the little bell while it rings I have hanging on the ring. I don't wear panties, pants or shorts. Only very short skirts or very short dress. When I wear a G string bikini. I don't get orgasms. I clean mine when I shower. Sex is great with it but I have to be careful that it doesn't pull inside. I don't have periods. It's no problem when I pee.

1. The piercing itself only hurts briefly...kind of like a bee sting, then the pain gradually fades away. I've been through it, and hyped myself up about it so much I almost backed out. Looking back however, it really wasn't that bad. (By the way, I'm assuming you're inquiry concerns the "hood" not the actual clitoris itself.)

2. It's difficult to give yourself and orgasm when you walk...too much tugging isn't necessarily pleasureful.

3. The sex is about the same, unless you or your partner are more turned on simply by the asthetic appeal of your new piercing, then the heat can definately be turned up. Physically speaking though, it doesn't provide much more stimulation (although there is admittedly a mild improvement).

4. When you're on your period, you sterilize the piercing the same way you would when you're not menstruating. Typically you use a cotton swab and sterile saline solution. It's really simple, and doesn't hurt that much.

5. When you pee...well...just pee! Urine is sterile, so it will not infect or harm your piercing.

there are few piercists that will actually pierce the clit... usually they will do the clitoral hood (one i have). no you dont have walkin orgasms although bus journeys can put a grin on your face... you dont really need to clean it... as the urine does the job for you... as long as you have regular baths and showers u'll b fine... it dont really change if your on just make sure you keep up personal hygiene... i found mine healed more or less in about 2-3days... its a really quick healin piercing cuz of where it is... but u wana leave off sexual contact for bout 2weeks really.
