actually this can b best and only described by the theory of parellel universe according to which the incidents r occuring in many times and states a t a time some time this happens with those whose mind is much active .
though its nothing like a problem it just means u have a ver active mind and just go and use it constructively .
only way to avoid it is engage urself in ur likes\hobbies

Its true one may have some link of your previous birth or must have seen in a dream too.
there are lot of cases who remembers one's earlier birth .that's it .
