Of course! Learning is a life long thing. There is intro to typing (I see 3 typos in your question), or English 101 (your question is poorly worded and contains no grammer) and there are resume building courses (will not recommend that until you can spell and use the language). Just curious, from which esteemed university did you buy a BSc from? I would imagine it is a lot cheaper to sign out the video and get a degree than it is to actually attend, and I have two girls (you may know them betters as gurls) who will be (that could be just "b") school age soon. Always looking to save a buck!

You may consider further courses by distance learning also. The course to be selected depends upon your aptitude and affordability.
I suggest you to pursue some purposeful course from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Interalia you may start MBA (2 years)or PGDIM(1 year). The university is having good credibility at international level. It is Government university - expenses are reasonable. The courses are flexible. They are having their centres al over India. In case you are in a big town, there maybe a nearby centre. There are other courses there.
The course being by distance learning will not hamper if you happen to get a job meanwhile.
