Well, my glass right now is completely empty, but I would say that the glass should be half full. Seems more positive, right?

the entirety of the glass tells us about life's big picture. it all depends on how you view your life and how you go through with it (half full or half empty). being half full is like being optimistic and half empty is being pessimistic in viewing a portion of your life. i guess pessimistic people fail to see the other good side of their lives which is the half full since they only think about the lowly, discouraging, half empty portion of the glass. and optimistic people expect too much that they also fail to see that life is not just about good things, that sometimes you have to go through difficult times....whew! what an explaination!! lol.....

You know..i have a theory, if you look at the glass half full..it shows that you have completed everything you wanted in life as of now. you have a good life. If you look at the glass of empty then it shows you have more to do in you're life..and that you've been through alot..parents breaking up/ bad relationship/ bad friendship/ death of a loved one. anything like that. You know? well i hope you find this fullfilling enough. Bye bye!

you can pour half empty or half full into a smaller glass and call it full but you never could call it empty.

Depends on where you started. If it was full and you drank half of it - it would be half empty.

whenever i see this question, my answer is always half empty.
I expect the water is full but it isn't.
that means it's not perfect. when something imperfect happens, I'd always think of its negative sides instead of it's positive sides. i am a perfectionist.

If u keep water upto half glass will be half filled upto where u filled in water and where u have left it is empty so its 50.50 ....Half empty and half filled ...so i dont think you can call it as half full...so better call it as half filled or half empty

I'm optimistiquistikit like Flanders. But if it has something on it, like liquid, then it's almost empty or half empty. You don't say I have all the money, you say I have some money or almost no money.
