Come on people, she is in grade 1 piano a lot of Norah Jones and Panchebel's Cannon in D may be a little rough. How about "Love Story? Or if that is too difficult (I can't remember what color book grade 1 is) how about The easy version of "Piano Sonata 14 in C "? (Beethoven) Very pretty and I always thought easy finger work.

Have you looked at the Suzuki method books before? They have a nice arrangement of classical music in there. I suppose grade 3 would translate into book 3 for Suzuki. You might want to begin on Bach Two-part Inventions or even a Chopin waltz like in a minor. There's a wide variety of piano music at your level. Just go and buy some recordings when you listen to something you like on the radio or even jot the title of piece you listen to a recitals so you have an idea of the level you want to get to or what you want to play at the moment.

Imagine by John Lennon is a personal favorite. Good piano part, pretty simple but memorable, beautiful song.

Kanon in D by Pachelbel. (by the way, it is in D major, not D minor.) There are some easy arrangements available. It even sounds good if you can only play the right hand.
