Eat lots of high quality lean protein and take calcium citrate supplements also aerobic exercise may help. Some people take HGH or DHEA supplements but I think your doctor would recommend against it.

Being honest... Chance are not likely.
Your growth spurt is way past as you turned 15, it'll stop growing. Now that you're 18, chances are slim of you growing any more inches.
Wear platform shoes or very high top athlethic shoes. Most people think that Shaq is 7-1 ft tall, but he's actually 6"11". He wore a two inch base basketball shoes to make him a little bit more taller.
It's not really a big deal if you grow or not, but if you want confidence, then wear a high top just like the ladies wearing high heels.

Hello!! :o) It is possible - I suppose - that you could become even taller than you are now - but even IF your body has stopped growing - it IS possible to appear taller. A lot of people slouch. They walk with their chin in their chest. By simply learning how to stand upright a person can look taller. [and more confident] There is an old saying that I've always liked. It goes something like this. "A man is never taller than when he stoops down to help a child!!" Keep in mind - it's not your height that will make you a 'man'. It's who you ARE that matters most of all. Craig!! :o)

Get clamped to tall parallel bars and stay hanging as much time as possible.
Growth depends on the food you take and the calcium intake. Over and above, it is hereditary. Can you expect a short Japanese to grow to the height of a Russian or vice versa. You can grow 1-4" more than that of your tallest family members( preferably from your father).

there is a procedure (mainly intended for people who have one leg that is shorter than the other) where your femur is broken, and screws are inserted into the bone above and below the fracture. the screws are held in place by a cage-like apparatus, and each day, you stretch the fracture, so new bone matter can grow as it heals. this procedure can be used to make a midget full sized.

At 18 you are probably as tall as your going to get naturally. It your a girl you can get those gawd-awfull heels, or put your hair in a beehive or some silly Marge Simpson thing. If your male you had better just settle back to a state of, "I'm OK, they way I am"

get a really nice pair of shoes. the kind where an actual shoemaker can change the heels. Have him put an extra sole and heel on. Maybe he has different sizes.
