There is a Human snake???? Snakes are cold blooded. If you mean a rude, conniving, cunning, evil person as a "Cold hearted snake", yeah I've met them in life sure.
People are different, learn to enjoy the variety of life in the world.

No, but I have met a cold hearted snake, who happened to be a snake. He tried to bite me in the buttocks but it turned out, I had potato chips in my back pocket! So I gave him one... and the snake ate the whole bag and he didn't save any for me, OR say thank you. So I starved. the end.
