I have no friends that can draw worthy enough but cannot let these ideas go to waste

Well, if you think your ideas are really that worthy, try money. If your ideas are worthy of a good artist, the good artist should be worthy of a few bucks, ne?

What are your ideas? Find a good student at a local college or high school. If your ideas are artistic, work with an art student. if your ideas are inventions, find an aspiring engineer. Finally, if you are computer savvy, define your "ideas" and see if there are applications which can help you. I am a musician and composition software has let me write much better songs....

Your going pay someone money...unless you have alot of time to search out a student. craiglist.com is a good freelance artist sight,as mentioned previosly.
If the art is related to engineering I would have no idea...craiglist may also be the anwser.

Search Animation websites. You will find lots of freelance artists there. You might even find someone to do it no charge.
