Did a bad thing. Had a backache and a headache. Maybe a punishment?

A mistake is not the end. A bad thing does not cancel your humanity. You remain valuable and worthwhile, especially because you are capable of learning from your poor choice and moving beyond it. You are worth so much more than you are aware. Why punish when you can learn and grow? The headache and backache could very well be natural consequences, boundaries that will keep you from considering doing it again. You are gifted and able to rise above this. Pain is a message to your body. Heed it and move on. You know you can and you will succeed!

I don't even know what a type 3 thinker is, how do you find out what type of thinker you are? Is there a test or something. You need to let me know because i feel like an idiot not knowing what a type 3 thinker is.
