my husband does side work for people .He does anything from building decks ,porches and anything that has to do with houses.Sometimes people rip him off and don't pay everything they owe him for the work he does . So I need to get him some kind of fill in the blank contractor forms for everyone involved to sign.

I'm thinking there are templates for this in most new word processing programs.
Also, there's a $10 disk at the office supply store that has hundreds of forms like this on it. I think the one I've used is Personal Attorney PC, but i'ts old, but this stuff is definitely out there.

pay a lawyer who spcalize in this to draf one up for you to use on your PC it w is worth th mney i amself empllyed i know all to well anda alwyer shold be up to date on evry law but you are never 100% sure . I have brought clients to court for non payment or other breaches of contract . The other side of this is you have to be extra careful . I make certain that cleints know everything and inderstand exactly what is agreed to iunder no uncertain terms ,I have a number of pope in my family that own business .
We live in a very litgigous society peokle will sue at the drop of a hat . itisat that poijt up to a good judge to toss out harrasment and frivolus cases
