store. My brother gets out of the car and goes skipping through the parking lot. My son asked me what he was doing. I jokingly said he was acting like a fairy. My son got out of the car and started skipping behind him. I asked my son what he was doing and he said "I'm following the fairy." I hit the floor laughing. Have any of you ever heard something cute from the mouth of a babe?

God, I love kids and their one-liners, misinterpretations of adult converstation, positive outlook on life!!
My sister had announced at dinner one evening that she was going to have a baby. this would make babe #4. Later on when the family was together in the living room watching TV, my niece who was 8 at the time looks up from her coloring books spread out on the floor and says, "Mom! You got your wish!!" My sister, puzzled, asks "What wish?". My niece replies, "you know Mom, the other day when you said 'that's all I need is one more kid!'

A few years later, this babe, who was a boy, and beginning to discover himself, comes from the bathroom all excited--"Hey, mom!! I have an uncle d.ck, too!!" My brother, Dick, was told the story a few days later, and for some reason he didn't think it was funny!!

You can't keep up with them! You just have to sit back and enjoy them!!

Your son seems to have a good imagination and sense of fun! ! What a delight he must be!! Sounds like he took the word fairy in its original context!! I see nothing homophobic or anti anything in your story!!
God bless you all!!

My story is not that excellent to others, but to me it makes me smile. My daughter is three and has a very good vocabulary, but her one word that is mispronounced makes me smile every time. She says: 'mazagine' instead of magazine! It is so cute :)
