Lev. 20:13 teaches death to homosexuals. Are we more enlightened, or sinning by not enforcing Gods' law ??

"We" don't enforce God's law. He does. No "we" are not more enlightened. You don't sin? Ever?

If a homosexual denys the Bible, that is their choice. Who wants to accept that their lifestyle OR WHATEVER is wrong? I wouldn't! All "we" can do is pray and ask for direction on how to show God's love.

That part of the Bible also says it's bad to eat pork and gives a long list of things you can stone people for. It also says you can't accuse someone of a serious crime without having 2 witnesses to said crime, which the Jehovah's Witnesses have been using to let people get away with child molestation for years. The truth is a lot of the Bible was just the laws of the land at the time. In the time these laws were written, the earth still needed to be populated so homosexuality was a bad thing, because everybody needed to help that cause. Now we have over 6 billion people on this earth and our population will double every 53 years. I think population control would be a good thing in these times. Homosexuals can help the cause by not creating unwanted babies and giving loving homes to those left behind by irresponsible procreation. It's time we all evolved, and I severely doubt God would have a problem with that.

i'm not gay. i am however an atheist. so i deny the bible because i don't believe.
as for homosexuals i don't think they intentional deny the bible. i think it is a orientation they are born with. they could no more deny it than you could your humaness.
the question is why would they purposefully choose to join a minor segment of society like the gay community where it would be very difficult to find a life mate. as an example of this i cite the number of straight people who have been unable to find someone when they have a far larger segment of the population to choose from. it leads to one conclusion alone. and that is that it is not a choosen lifestyle. and if it is not choosen i say that if there be a god then he? she? must have made the gays. and if he or she made them how is it a sin?

Homosexuality is not a choice. It's like being born with blue eyes or a size C chest. People are *born* that way, or why would they torture themselves and spend years of their life in hiding and shame? Homosexuals aren't evil, and the Bible is about interpretation. Why would God create homosexuals and then condemn them? He wouldn't. God loves all his children. Maybe you should focus on the parts of the Bible that teach love and forgiveness and stop finding ways to justify your prejudices.

So? I do not believe that I need to live by the old testament rules from 2000 years ago. I think there are other sacred scriptures - the Baghavadgita, the Koran??, the Kabbalah - I think some people are stuck at a literal translation level. Use some discerning common sense. By the way, I am not gay, also not stupid.

I wouldn't say all homosexuals deny the Bible. I know some pretty devout Christians who are gay. They did not choose to be gay. But they are and they have a right to worship. But I still don't believe in gay marriage, sorry.

Even Islamic law says death is punishment for homosexuals.

Unfortunately many Christians will say that the Old Testament has been replace by the New Testamant and therefore it is better to "love" one another and overlook one another's sins.

Real c-r-a-p-p-y aint it. Christianity used as a license to justify an unacceptable lifestyle.

Again, why do Christians ignore Leviticus 15:19-30? Why is it that all the stuff about animal sacrifices and other wacky stuff in Leviticus is obsolete, but the stuff about homosexuality still stands?

Deu 22:11 Says "Thou shalt not wear a garment of divers sorts, [as] of woollen and linen together." Why do you wear clothing made of more than one type of cloth? Can I stone you for not following this law?

Because they are cynical and naive. it is beyond the realms of sanity for homosexuals to see to the fact thas it is indeed unortodox to decide to be gay. THey must either be suffering from bouts of invidious amnesia stemming from chronic insomnia or are delusive comedians of moronic genre. Oh it's true. it's true.
