Ridin dirty means no license, you have drugs in the car with guns...I dont listen to rap all the time but this happens to have a nice beat to it the lyrics will explain

it's everything aforementioned in regards to doing something inappropriate or illegal while driving. I think in Chamillionaire's case, it's racial profiling. They see a young black man in a pimp-out ride (play station, TV, tints, etc)... how does he afford all these luxuries? Drugs? Stealing? Things that ghetto people do to get nice things..and, the cops are targeting him when on patrol... but the cops can't find anything wrong when they pull him over.
