By going to a pokemon contest place and going to a cube with an old man facing it, and go to another side and click A when your facing the cube and he will ask tio berry blender with you. Make sure you have some berrys.

fly 2 lilly cove city you'll wind up in front of the pkm center follow the path 2 your right and down you'll see the contest hall go
inside 2 your right you'll see the people at the berry blenders pick whichever 1 berry blender you wish 2 go 2. good luck on your pokemon pokedex quest :)
