i want to know my time and ovulation cycle.....and the best time to do it to concieve?

There are ovulation predictor kits you can buy at the drug store. In order to use it, you have to know how many days are in your cycle and it will tell you when to start testing in order to detect your LH surge (the hormone peak that occurs before you ovulate), this helps you time when the best time to conceive will be.

there is an ovulation test you can get from chemist. I'm not sure the name but i have seen a few in chemists. or you could ask your doctor for the name of a good test.
