I'm fine with it. I can't tell somebody else what to wear, and people of other religions wear symbols. If we can have purple mohawks in NYC, we can surely tolerate a purple scarf on a woman's head, too.

I do feel better for the woman if it's a scarf with jeans or a suit or whatever, and not a big black robe or something that covers her face.

I had a teenage Muslim student that I tutored who likes to wear bandannas with cowboy hats or baseball caps for her cover! I think that's really cute, and a nice mix of her traditions and modern American.

Nowhere does the Tanach say that Jewish women persons should be "compelled to positioned on the headscarf". What the Tanach easily say is that a woman's hair is sensuous and once she's married, she might want to cover it in public. once more desirable, it really is the girl's hair that would want to be lined, no longer something else, and there is not any specification as to how the hair should be lined. there is not any specification that women persons might want to shave their heads. As to how a woman might want to cover her hair, some women persons use a headscarf, some a sensible hat, and others positioned on wigs.

MANY UNUSUAL CUSTOMS DIE HARD....A GROUP OF GALS CAME IN TO OUTFIT A WEDDING PARTY.... THEY TRIED ON EVERYTHING WITHOUT REMOVING THEIR SCARF AND VEIL. EVEN THE BRIDE.....IT SUPPOSEDLY WAS A DISGRACE TO BE SEEN BY ANYONE OUTSIDE THEIR BELIEFS WITHOUT A FACE AND HEAD COVERING.. WHATS NOT LIKE US WE THINK WIERD...THATS JUST HOW IT IS.
