Look is it properly charged or not
May be its at low battery
or if not then there must be something wrong inside.
Goto Apple customer care center.

It sounds like 1 of 2 problems:
1) Reboot. As silly as some people think, any electronic device can get "scrambled" and needs to be restarted. The iPod uses the HOLD button and the center dial button in combination to perform a reboot. (People look at me funny at work when I have to reboot their desk telephone when IT gets messed up), but it really does work a LOT of the time.
2) You say that "i also hear like something going on inside..". You don't say what model you have, if it has a Hard Drive ( I use solid-state Nano), but it is _possible_ that the hard drive is trashed. You might be hearing the disk heads bouncing around inside. If this is it, it's major.
Try charging, rebooting, otherwise bring it in to someone who can tell if the drive is broken.

Toggle the 'Hold' switch. Hold the center button and the menu button for 5-10 seconds until the unit restarts.

Ok I know what the problem is because it happend to my friend but I took care it because my dad works in techonology and computer graphic. Well their is something wrong with the microchips and or the wiring conections in the ipod. If their is problems with the microchips and or the wiring you sould go and see a consultant.

There you will find a box with "iPod issues?" as a title. Try all of those suggestions. Usually, resetting your iPod works. The five steps are links so click on them to find out what to do.
