If you've won an auction, you can request the seller's contact information, which generally includes a phone number. If you haven't won an auction from them, you can really only contact them through e-mail.

It would be a breach of ethics for anyone from EBay to give out any ones phone number. If you are they buyer and need to contact the seller you CAN get the number by asking EBay.

yes you can, just click on live help on the front page. it is an instant message with someone who works for ebay. they will tell you what to do. when you do get the sellers or buyers personal phone number, they may or may not give ebay their real number. if that is the case then you can file a complaint against the ebayer.

Your question is a little confusing or I'm just really tired. However, some ebay members list their phone numbers or if you know their acutal name (again "might" be listed) and location you can call directory assistance. Hope this helps.
