The pain extends from my spine down my left arm and is excruciating at time.

Sounds like it could be a slipped or ruptured disk, but any pain in the left arm should be checked out by a Doc.
It could be heart or lung related. It needs to be evaluated.

Those are the people that have been abducted by aliens. I would stay away from them because they have the abilty to phone back to the mother ship and have them come and get you. If you see small dots showing up on your hand that means they have already connected you while you were sleeping.
