His support for Nazism and the publishing of the "protocals of zion?" If you are talking about his failure to stop manufacturing the Model-T he really had stopped that in the 20's when he tried to produce the Model-A (development beginning in 1926) and he was also a failure in that he did not understand the importance of Advertising. He actually did alot of pretty stupid things which is why GM eventually surpassed him during his life-time to become the number one automaker in the world.

He made the Model T without change until no one would buy it any longer. Then he had to shut down the plant and completely re-tool to manufacture the Model A

Didn't he invest real heavily in Direct Current as a power source for electricity? Lost a bundle...not sure if it equals two hundred million in today's money...
