ACTUALLY... go to your doctor and ask what the appropriate weight is for you height, get a referral to see a nutritionist, and have he/she help sort out what your optimal weight is. he/she will also help you to pick out foods to eat and not to eat. hope this helps!

Smoke weed. When you get the munchies you can eat 3 times the usual and the food taste so much better. Women always look better with a little meat on their bones................ not too much just a little. I can't tell by this question if you have any thing against mary jane. Its not that serious of that bad. Everyone has a different reaction to weed but the most common is relaxaton and a real appreciation for food. If you smoked for 2 months just once a day you would gain all the weight you want.

Gaining fats is quite trouble-free till and till you have some hormones concern. attempt to consume greater form of cases. as an occasion. At 8 breakfast, 12 lunch, 4 tea + snacks + 8 dinner. Eat dairy - that's what I would do.
Treat yourself with some junk food and sweets - but exercise at the same time. Don't eat too much of it that you lose muscle tone and get cellulite instead.
Just do it all in moderation - still eat healthy, but throw in some bad stuff to get some weight on.

anabolic steroids are great. I know they're illegal but if taken responsibly then you'll be fine and it'll do wonders. you'll gain 20 pounds of solid muscle in only one month. You won't regret it. Take a testosterone-based steroid like Testosterone-Enanthate and stack it with Human growth hormone and a mild steroid like Deca. It's pricey but you'll love it and chick will dig you. but please do your homework on steroids if you consider it because they can be dangerous. be smart.

my friend drink alot of soya bean and milk and exercise, he is the type eat 10kg of food but never gai...but after doing tat, he gain a bit....betetr then nothing

eat proper and balance diet.... eat vegetables and take vitamins... then drink 8-12 glasses of water a day... it will clense your body... and remove toxic waste.... hihihi... (^_^)
