I dont have bluetooth capability so how can I send a photo from my computer to an international cellular fone?

Bluetooth only has a receiving range of 100metres. Therefore, it is not possible to send via bluetooth. However, to send things from your computer to your phone, there is this gadget you must buy called a 'Bluetooth Radio'. You connect this radio to your USB and you can then send pictures and music and whatnot, but it must be at a limited range.
