It really isn't that hard; the Israelis' actually have experience doing it - in the 1970's I believe maybe early 80's they knocked the daylights out of a location in Iran that could have lead to nuclear weapons then.
The problem is the "world" does not want to stop them. France will make big money off selling them consulting services, China will make more selling them the reactor materials, and North Korea will send bomb making scientist for a price. These countries care less about American, Israeli or any free nations security from an Iranian bomb.
Unfortunately I don't think "MAD" works with the Mullas, it did with Russia and it does with China but I doubt the Iranians really care if they get nuked if they can manage to hurt the "great satan" or Israel.
I think the Libya approach is probably the best one.

what do you mean Mullahs of Iran??? what does the Mullah of Iran have to do with the nuclear bomb?!! isnt the Mullah like a religious leader?
and who ever said any thing about a nuclear bomb? i never heard Ahmadinejad or whatever his name is saying any thing about a bomb.

First off, Iran never stated he planned to make nuclear weapons. Iran, being a member of the NPT, stated it's intent to enrich uranium for energy purposes; furthermore, as a member of the NPT, they have that right.
I really think that after the upcoming election you are going to notice a change of extremity on this issue. Iran has openly stated they are willing to negotiate on this... which to me simply says they are holding out for something they want.
