There is no bus from IGI airport to Chandigarh. You have to come down to Kashmere Gate ISBT. Here you can get Volvo for Chandigarh upto 12 midnight.

from IG airport u have the indo canedian bus. thats a great bus. It starts from the airport at 10p m. Dont know if they have others later. it wont go till chandigarh but they usually shift u into a sumo at ambala which then drops u home.
