No,for the moment they are not sending money...But Venezuela will deliver to Lebanon more than 20 tons of humanitarian aid...
The DCPA national director, Antonio Rivero, said food, drinking water and medicines would be sent using the same Boeing 707 and Conviasa 737-300 of the Air Force, which repatriated more than 500 Venezuelans fleeing Israel's bombardment of Lebanon.
Doctors and paramedics will travel with the aid. This is the aid that they have been requested due to the armed conflict in the Middle East...
But if they are asked I'm sure that Chavez would send money for the rebuild of Lebanon...
Venezuela recall its ambassador from Israel...Mr Chavez said he had "no interest" in maintaining relations with Israel, whom he has accused of committing genocide. ..

Yes, he heavily criticized Israel and even pulled back his ambassador from Israel.
And no, he is not evil. How can helping Lebanon rebuild or denouncing Israeli aggression be considered evil?

I think that he did gave money to rebuild Lebanon.
Why is he evil?
Because he is helping to build the houses, schools and hspitals of innocent civilians who lost almost all their families?
Does that makes him evil???
So if Chavez helps he is evil, but when Bush kills millions of people, that's just nice?????
P.S.:I'm VENEZUELAN!!!!!!!!

Quite possible. He is a close friend of Ahmadinejad these days. He hails Iran publicly for its attempts to make the nuclear bomb. Iran's mullahs are paying all the money to Hezbollah from the pocket of our desperate nation. Maybe their "brother" Chavez is also paying a small share to prove his fraternity.
